    简历:

  • 1984年在四川畜牧兽医学院获学士学位,1987年在中国人民解放军兽医大学获硕士学位,1995年在东北农业大学获博士学位。1995年至1997年在中国人民解放军农牧大学从事博士后研究。1998年赴美国密苏里大学动物研究中心从事博士后研究,2002年晋升为美国密苏里大学动物研究中心研究助理教授。20077月回国,担任中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院研究员、博士生导师。


    研究领域:

  • 1.大动物干细胞:大动物多能干细胞分离培养体系的建立与宠物干细胞治疗的有效性及安全性研究;

    2.大动物克隆:在探索体细胞重编程机制的基础上,优化大动物体细胞克隆技术,提高体细胞重编程效率,开展猪、犬、猫以及家兔等大动物的克隆。

    3.新型基因修饰技术开发与优化:建立精准、高效和安全的大动物基因编辑技术体系。

    4. 基因修饰大动物的培育:将体细胞克隆技术与基因修饰技术相结合,培育在农业和生物医药有重要价值的基因修饰大动物模型。

    5.人源化基因修饰大动物模型的转化应用:利用含有人源化功能蛋白分子基因修饰猪制备可用于人类疾病治疗的生物活性制品;利用免疫原性人源化的猪器官开展异种器官移植的临床前研究;利用人源化基因修饰大动物疾病模型开展基因治疗、干细胞治疗以及创新药物治疗的有效性与安全性评估。
