  •   2009年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获得博士学位;在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校从事博士后研究;回国后在中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学先后担任助理研究员、副研究员。20189月入职中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,担任研究员、课题组长、博士生导师。

    研究领域:

  • 主要研究多能干细胞的时空动态分子图谱以及转化应用

      研究方向一:高通量自动化单细胞测序技术解析体内干细胞的功能分群与异质性,重绘干细胞的发育起源与命运特化机制;

      结合单细胞多组学测序、单细胞谱系示踪、单细胞表型组以及类器官等手段重点关注胚胎与组织多能干细胞的动态发育分化过程与细胞谱系决定的调控机制。

      研究方向二:原位空间转录组技术解析空间功能特异的干细胞转录组特征,构建哺乳动物多能干细胞高分辨率的时空动态分子谱系;

      发展和利用高通量、高分辨率的空间多组学技术研究组织功能实现的细胞基础,揭示原位、动态、多维度的细胞命运决定与作用网络。

      研究方向三:新型组织干细胞用于体外器官重建与功能修复

      基于细胞谱系的新发现,实现谱系再造、器官的体外重建。
