  • 1999年本科, 物理学,安徽大学;

    2002年硕士,生物物理,中国科学技术大学;

    2007年博士,神经生物学,康奈尔大学;

    2007-2015年,先后在康奈尔大学和哈佛大学从事博士后研究。

    2015年加入上海科技大学iHuman研究所,生命科学与技术学院,研究员,成立超高分辨率荧光成像平台(目前有STORM/SIM/STED等多种模式的超高成像设备);目前负责整个研究所的平台运行,包括光镜,电镜,核磁,质谱等,目前平台整体运行良好。值得一提的是目前我们所的两台Titan 300Kv冷冻电镜20181217号开始试运行,效果良好。

    研究领域:

  • 课题组将结合超分辨显微成像、电生理等方法具体研究以下相关的生物学问题: 2.毛细胞的功能研究以及基因治疗在听力领域的应用。1. GPCR以及骨架蛋白在细胞的结构和功能;我们发展应用STORM,SIMSTED新的超分辨细胞成像方法;同时我们也注重和医院合作研究疾病的发病以及预防机制
